Refund instructions ELISA testing service
If you buy any kind of test kit in the company's catalogue, you only need to inform the salesman of the company of the types of animals (human, rat, mouse, rabbit, monkey, pig...), test indicators (mediators, factors) and the number of samples (48T / 96T).
From the date of receiving the customer's sample, the spot products will hand over the test report to the customer within one week!
We welcome the clinical medical community and scientific research institutions to carry out close cooperation at different levels on various projects, seek development and common progress with win-win results, and accumulate experience for the development of China's testing industry.
◇ precautions:
Before collecting samples, it must be clear whether the components to be tested are stable enough. The samples tested on the day after collection shall be stored at 4 ℃ for standby. If the samples need to be collected periodically for special reasons, the samples shall be sub packed in time and stored at - 20 ℃ or - 70 ℃. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Specimens can be stored for 48 hours at - 8 ℃ and 1 month at - 20 ℃- 70 degrees can be stored for 6 months.
Aprotinin should be added to some hormone samples.
◇ liquid specimen:
The specimen must be liquid and free of precipitation. Including serum, plasma, urine, pleural and ascites, cerebrospinal fluid, cell culture supernatant, tissue homogenate, etc. 0.5 ml of serum or plasma can be obtained from 1 ml of whole blood. Collection volume of each sample = 100ul × Test type. Ask for instructions from the salesperson before taking materials.
◇ serum:
After natural coagulation of blood at room temperature for 10-20 minutes, centrifuge for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 RPM). Collect supernatant. If precipitation is formed, centrifugation shall be carried out again.
◇ plasma:
Add citric acid (1-2% EDTA / min) or citric acid (20.0-2% EDTA / min) as anticoagulant after centrifugation (about 10.0-2% EDTA / min, according to the requirements of 10-2% EDTA / min). Collect the supernatant carefully. If precipitation is formed, centrifugation shall be carried out again.
◇ ascites, cerebrospinal fluid:
Collect with sterile tube. Centrifuge for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 RPM). Collect the supernatant carefully. If precipitation is formed, centrifugation shall be carried out again.
◇ cell culture supernatant:
When detecting secretory components, collect them with sterile tubes. Centrifuge for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 RPM). Collect the supernatant carefully. When detecting the components in cells, dilute the cell suspension with PBS (ph7.2-7.4), and the cell concentration reaches about 1 million / ml. Through repeated freezing and thawing, the cells are destroyed and the components in the cells are released. Centrifuge for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 RPM). Collect the supernatant carefully. If precipitation is formed during storage, it shall be centrifuged again.
◇ tissue specimen:
After cutting the specimen, weigh it. Add a certain amount of PBS, and 1 can be added to the buffer μ G / L protease inhibitor or 50 U / ml aprotinin. Fully homogenize the specimen by hand or homogenizer. Centrifuge for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 RPM). Carefully collect the supernatant and store it at - 20 ° C or - 70 ° C. if necessary, concentrate and dry the sample. After sub packaging, one copy is to be tested, and the rest is frozen for standby.
The following information shall be indicated when sending samples:
◇ 1. Specimen number; 2. Measured items; 3. Whether the hole is re drilled; 3. Contact information; 4. Whether the specimen is sent back after the experiment.
